Custom Moulded Components for the Chemical & Electrical Industry

We have extensive experience in manufacturing a variety of products for the electronics and electrical industry, as well as in meeting chemical resistance requirements.

As a manufacturer of a wide range of standard items, such as boots, grommets, plugs, rubber and silicone seals, electrical/cable connectors, O-rings, and grommets, we collaborate with numerous material suppliers to source and develop the appropriate material for your specific electrical and chemical needs—whether that be plastic, rubber, or silicone. We also specialise in bonding a comprehensive range of silicones and rubbers to metal, including aluminium, plated metals and alloys, mild steel, stainless steel, and titanium.

UK Production

We produce rubber, silicone and plastic components in our two UK manufacturing facilities – with specialists in the different materials and types of manufacture overseeing production. We specialise in advanced materials and bonding.

Design

If you are still designing your component or assembly, we would be happy to consult with you to ensure manufacturing considerations and cost implications are taken into account from the outset.

Reverse Engineering

If you are looking to replicate an existing component, we can work with you to reverse engineer it and produce a component to the same standard and degrees of tolerance, or better if required.

Material Selection

The material chosen is a vital element of your component. We work with several material suppliers who between them provide all known materials and brands, and who also develop compounds to specific requirements.

Recycled / Renewable Materials

We take our commitment to the environment as a responsible employer and manufacturer very seriously. Wherever possible we offer and recommend sustainable and renewable materials and are happy to consult with you on this.

We are very happy to work to specific briefs in this respect. We recently completed a project to produce corn rulers and pencil cases for schools. If required, we can work with environmental consultants to get accurate and thoroughly considered reports on your design and material options.
