Our capabilities have been designed over 40 years to accommodate generic elastomers, such as EPDM, NBR, neoprene and silicone, through to specific engineered compounds such as flouroelastomers, HNBRs, perflouroelastomers and Viton® FKM / Viton® Extreme FFKM. In plastics / polymers, we have also expanded to specialise in TPEs, such as Santoprene® and Evoprene®, and work with nylons, including glass filled nylon, PVC – polyvinyl chloride, and a full range of polypropylene PP compounds. Meet the Team
Our plastic facility concentrates on engineered nylons and polypropylenes from 30 ton presses (micro-moulding) to 450 ton (mainly automated). Our rubber facility includes 15 identical Maplan Injection presses with a capacity ranging from 60 tonnes to 300 tonnes per 24 hours.
We do injection, compression and transfer moulding and, whilst we can supply standard items, at competitive rates and timescales, our speciality is custom small parts and we have an impressive list of customers who trust us with some of their most vital components.
We can source plastic, rubber and silicone that is flame retardant, chemical resistant, military grade, WRAS / Water Safe / Water Council / British Gas / UL approved, and that complies with Food Quality Standards, Medicine & Healthcare regulations and British Standards. We also work to quality standards such as: ISO, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, CAPA, SPC.
