We manufacture components from a wide range of rubbers, including EPDM, FKM, FFKM, Natural Rubber, Nitrile, Neoprene, Polyurethanes and Viton®.
We can supply compounds that are flame retardant, chemical resistant, military grade, WRAS/Water Safe/Water Council/British Gas approved, and compliant with food quality standards/FDA, medicine and healthcare regulations, and British Standards. This includes natural rubber to BS1154, nitriles to BS2751, and Neoprene (Chloroprene) certified to BS2752, among other standards such as UL94 and equivalents. We also have a Class 7 Clean Room for inspection and finishing.
Our rubber facility includes a variety of injection presses with a capacity ranging from 60 tonnes to 300 tonnes operating 24 hours.
Having supplied over 9,000 customer-designed custom moulded components to date, as well as millions of standard products, MeadeX are injection and compression moulding specialists. We manufacture custom rubber and standard mouldings, such as bellows, diaphragms, gaiters, gaskets, o-rings, and seals (see full list below), and also specialise in rubber to metal bonding and anti-vibration products/soundproofing management.
Operating state-of-the-art equipment to cater for low volume production through to highly automated manufacture, we are highly experienced in rubber moulding with advanced compounds such as fluoroelastomers, perfluoroelastomers and fluorosilicones.
